Kitchen Demand Control Ventilation (KDCV)

Your commercial kitchen exhaust fans do not need to be running 100% all of the time. This retrofit allows you to run the exhaust fan based on temperature. While cooking is ongoing, the fan will run at full capacity, and when cooking is not happening, the fan will slow down to 50% of its capacity.

To date, hundreds of thousands of commercial kitchens around the globe are running their exhaust fans on this type of controller or similar controls with a very high-level of customer satisfaction.
